Libyan International University

Academic recognition and accreditation are one of the most important matters that concern any educational institution. Therefore, the Libyan International Medical University was keen on this matter by applying to obtain official recognition from the Libyan Ministry of Education and the Centre of Quality Assurance and Accreditation. The faculty succeeded in fulfilling the recognition and accreditation requirements and obtained recognition for bachelor’s degree programs. Hence, this was a key motive to proceed with the postgraduate studies programs by arranging a cooperative agreement and being a partner to some European universities under the European Union Commission. This has ended with the launching the MSc Program in Healthcare Management. This program is fully planned, organized, supervised, and evaluated by the EU throughout the period of the study. The first semester of the master’s program in healthcare management started in November 2022, and periodic reports were sent for follow-up and evaluation.

The program was officially approved on May / 2023, by the Libyan Ministry of Education under Decree No. 373/2023, / 2023 which allows Libyan International Medical University to launch an MSc Program in Healthcare Management.
